1. Easy Returns

• 30-Day Free Returns: Changed your mind? Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund (including shipping costs if your original order was above $75).

• 365-Day Return for Store Credit: Not 100% satisfied? Return unused items up to one year after purchase and receive store credit.

How to return an item:
a) Log in to your account and start a return request
b) Pack the items securely (in the original packaging if possible)
c) Print and attach the free return label you’ll receive by email
d) Drop off the package at a PostNL point or Pickup location

2. Refund Process

• Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive your return

• Refund method:

  • Within 30 days: refunded to your original payment method

  • Up to 365 days: refunded as store credit (usable for future purchases)

Exceptions:

• Custom-made or discounted items marked as “non-returnable”

• Used or damaged items may qualify for a partial refund
